How to Make These 5 Simple DIY Bathroom Scents?

Bad smell usually starts in the toilet. And sometimes, this bad smell already becomes intolerable due to lack of home maintenance capabilities.

Now, there’s a lot of ways a homeowner can get rid of unpleasant odors especially in the bathroom at home. One may use air fresheners from do – it-yourself or DIY bathroom.

Below are a few of the tested bathroom scents you can try to make your bathroom smell fresh and make your home’s surroundings more attractive:

First is Lemon-Rosemary Simmer Pot. In making this, you will be needing a small stockpot, water, rosemary, one lemon, and vanilla extract.

What you need to do is fill the pot with water for around two thirds. Slice the lemon and the rosemary with a few sprigs. Add 1⁄2 teaspoon of coffee. To fill the rooms with a heavenly-scent, let this mixture boil all day and this DIY fragrance can last for up to two days.

Next that you can make is scented wood blocks. You will only need woodblocks, scented oil or perfume, and small paint brushes.

Procedures are either painting or spraying it on to cover the woodblocks in the oil. Place those woodblocks with extra oil in a closed container. Shake it to ensure it’s powdered. Let it sit overnight in the air, to absorb everything. Add more oil to refresh your wood-block over time.

There’s still plenty of do – it-yourself or DIY bathroom scents to create. You just need to look for the best that suits your taste.
